For anyone new to AX: what the term means, the framework this site uses, and what the people who do the work actually do.

Agent experience, or AX, is how well a product works when an AI agent uses it on someone's behalf. These guides pin down what the term means here, because people use the same two words for several different things. They also set out the framework the rest of the library builds on: orient, discover, act, collaborate and learn. The last one looks at what an AX engineer does day to day. Read these first if the term is new to you, or if your team keeps using it to mean different things.
