> Scoped Agent Experience services for teams improving one agent workflow: discovery, context, tools, approvals, recovery, handoff and evidence.

Bring one integration task an agent should complete with your developer product. I help trace the failure, identify a bounded fix and define a regression check.

For developer-product teams shipping an API, SDK, CLI or MCP server

## Is this a good fit?

It helps most when a workflow is useful but hard to trust, for example:

- You ship an API, SDK, CLI or MCP server and want one agent-driven integration path to be easier to complete.
- An agent gets stuck choosing a tool, forming an input, following setup instructions or recovering from an error.
- You want a practical product view before deciding what to redesign or test next.

## Three kinds of help

- Step 1 · start here

  **AX diagnosis**

A review of one agent workflow: how the agent finds things, follows instructions, picks tools, keeps context, gets permission, recovers, hands back and shows its evidence.**You get:** an evidence-linked map of the included surfaces, prioritized failure findings with verification gaps, and a regression recipe.

- Step 2 · optional

  **Design and engineering support**

Turn the most useful finding into clearer documentation, tool definitions, ways to find resources, workflow states or handoff screens.**You get:** a plan for the interface or content, implementation notes and checks your team can review before calling it done.

- Step 3 · optional

  **Evaluation and enablement**

Decide what to watch before and after a change, so your team can tell product problems apart from the AI model’s own uncertainty.**You get:** the question you will measure, a template for recording each test run and review notes written for your team.

## Start with one path

Use the [workflow review brief](https://agentexperience.tech/resources/workflow-review-brief/) to describe one onboarding, use or recovery path: the intended outcome, supported client and versions, public documentation or sanitized tool definitions, and a reproducible failure if you have one. Leave credentials, customer data and private traces out of the initial message.

A proposed review scope identifies the entry point, included surfaces and stopping conditions. The review deliverables are an evidence-linked failure map, a prioritized fix recommendation and a regression recipe with expected outcomes and verification gaps. Implementation can be scoped separately.

Static inspection, live workflow testing and repeated agent evaluations are different levels of verification. Access, paid runs, implementation work, timing and commercial terms are agreed before work starts. A review does not promise rankings, conversions or a particular agent-success rate.

## See the public work first

Start with the [catalog defect and repair example](https://agentexperience.tech/connect/#example-title): inspect the finding, correct the schema and run the check again. The [public artefacts](https://agentexperience.tech/work/#artifact-title) show the guides, MCP server and fixtures behind this review method.
