What this site collects, and why.

This page explains what agentexperience.tech and its MCP server collect, why, and which other services handle it. It is written to be read, not to be signed.

Last updated 8 October 2026.

In short

There are no accounts, no adverts, and nothing is sold. The site counts visits with Google Analytics. If you use the contact form, your message is stored so that I can read it and reply. The MCP server logs the name of each tool that was called, whether it worked and how long it took, but not what you sent. The hosting provider keeps short-lived request logs.

Who runs this site

Agent Experience is run by Himadri Mishra as an individual, not as a company. For any question or request about your data, use the contact page.

Analytics

Every page loads Google Analytics. It sets two first-party cookies, _ga and one starting _ga_, which Google lists as lasting two years. Through them, Google receives the page address, the page you came from, your browser and device type, and your IP address, which Google uses to estimate a rough location.

I use this to see which pages people read and how they find the site. Google signals and advert personalisation are switched off.

When you send the contact form, the site also records an analytics event that says whether it was a workflow review request or a general message, plus your answer to "How did you find this?" if you gave one. It does not send your name, email address or message to Google.

Google keeps analytics data for the retention period chosen for the site's property. Google offers two months or 14 months for standard properties.

Contact form

The form asks for your name, email address and message. It can also add a short note to the top of your message: whether you asked about a workflow review, which page of this site you came from, and your answer to "How did you find this?".

The form sends this to a small function hosted by Supabase. The function saves the message in a Supabase database and emails a copy to me through Resend, an email delivery service. I use it only to read your message and reply.

Messages are kept until I delete them. Nothing deletes them automatically. You can ask me to delete yours at any time through the contact page.

Please do not send credentials, customer data or anything confidential.

MCP server

The MCP server at /api/mcp needs no account. It reads what your client sends, such as a search term, a guide name or a sanitised tool catalogue, uses it to build the answer, and does not store it.

After each tool call it writes one log line with three facts: the tool name, whether the call worked, and how long it took. It does not log your arguments or the report it returned. I read these lines to count how often each tool is used.

The audit tool can, in principle, fetch a public web page you name. That feature is switched off. If it is switched on, this page will say so first.

Hosting logs

The site and the MCP server are hosted by Vercel. Like most hosts, Vercel records details of each request, such as the time, the address requested, the response status, your IP address and your browser's user agent. These logs help keep the site working and secure. Vercel keeps them for a limited time that depends on the hosting plan.

What the site does not do

  • It sets no cookies of its own. The only cookies are the Google Analytics ones above.
  • It does not store anything in your browser's local storage.
  • Fonts and images are served from this site, not from a font or image service.
  • The "Copy setup text" button writes to your clipboard on your own device. Nothing is sent.
  • When pages change, the site tells search engines which addresses changed, through IndexNow. That message contains page addresses only, nothing about visitors.

Other services involved

Each of these services handles data under its own privacy policy, and may process it outside your country.

Your choices

  • Block or delete cookies in your browser, use a content blocker, or install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works the same without analytics.
  • Ask to see, correct or delete a message you sent through the form, using the contact page.
  • Send the MCP server only public or sanitised material. It does not need anything private to work.
