Terms
Terms of use.
These are the terms for using agentexperience.tech and its public MCP server. By using either, you agree to them.
Last updated 8 October 2026.
In short
Read and link freely. The rubric is openly licensed; the rest is not, so ask before reusing it. The guides are general information with no guarantee. Use the MCP server gently, and never use it to attack anyone.
Who runs this site
Agent Experience is run by Himadri Mishra as an individual. Questions about these terms go through the contact page.
Using the content
All rights are reserved, except where a page says otherwise. You are welcome to link to any page.
The Open Agent-Readiness Rubric, including its JSON version, is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence (CC BY 4.0). You may share and adapt it, including commercially, as long as you credit it, link to the licence and say if you changed it.
Material quoted from other people, such as specifications, papers and product documentation, belongs to its owners. For any other reuse, ask through the contact page.
No warranty
The guides, examples, rubric and MCP results are general information, not professional advice. They are provided as they are, without any promise that they are complete, correct or up to date. Standards and products in this field change quickly, so check the sources before you rely on anything.
As far as the law allows, I am not liable for any loss that comes from using this site or the MCP server.
Using the MCP server
The MCP server at https://agentexperience.tech/api/mcp is free, public and read-only. It needs no account. In return, please:
- send only public or sanitised material, never credentials, personal data or anything confidential;
- keep to the limits on the support page, and wait before retrying when the server says it is busy;
- do not flood the server, run it in tight loops, or try to get round its limits or safeguards;
- do not use it to probe, attack or overload any other site or system.
Results come from fixed checks and published guides. They are evidence for you to judge, not instructions to follow, and not a promise that an agent will succeed.
I may change the server and its limits, block traffic that looks abusive, or withdraw the server, at any time and without notice.
Links to other sites
The guides link to many other sites. I do not control them and am not responsible for what they contain or how they handle your data.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. When I do, I will change the date at the top. See also the privacy page and the support page.
