Public artifacts for Agent Experience.

This page collects inspectable work behind the field guide. It is intentionally limited to public artifacts and links, with contribution and limits stated for each item.

The through-line.

My work treats Agent Experience as a product discipline spanning research, design, and engineering: helping agents move from a person’s intent toward an outcome that can be checked, recovered, and handed back.

The same skills transfer across the systems below, but each artifact names what it actually proves and what it does not.

Systems covered.

  • Orientation and discovery
  • Tools and interfaces
  • Workflows and state
  • Delegated action and trust
  • Evaluation and improvement

Inspectable artifacts

Selected public work.

  1. Agent Experience field guide and public MCP

    Inspectable proof
A static Astro field guide with an MCP endpoint for guide search, rubric retrieval, and bounded public catalog diagnostics.
    Contribution
Designed the content model, public reader paths, tool-catalog framing, and agent-facing retrieval surfaces for this site.
    Limit
This is an owned public artifact, not a claim that every external agent will complete every workflow successfully.
  2. Open Agent-Readiness Rubric

    Inspectable proof
A web guide and JSON twin for inspecting declared discovery, structure, safety, recovery, and policy surfaces.
    Contribution
Authored the rubric structure and paired it with a machine-readable public artifact.
    Limit
The score describes inspectable surfaces only; it is not a benchmark, certification, or prediction of task success.
  3. MCP tool-description test cases

    Inspectable proof
Copyable cases for reviewing selection, schemas, invalid inputs, result shape, and recovery in a public tool catalog.
    Contribution
Turned tool-description guidance into reviewable fixtures agents and humans can inspect.
    Limit
The fixture checks contract clarity; it does not measure model quality or production reliability.
  4. Awesome Agent Experience

    Inspectable proof
A public source library collecting papers, specifications, tools, and references around agent-facing systems.
    Contribution
Curated public research inputs and category references so the field has a readable source trail.
    Limit
A curated source list is navigation, not endorsement, ranking, or proof that any source is complete.
  5. Broader product and engineering portfolio

    Inspectable proof
A separate public portfolio for broader work outside this field guide.
    Contribution
Provides identity and adjacent project context without copying private work into this site.
    Limit
This page links out for context; it does not restate private metrics, client details, or confidential case studies.

Start with a scoped brief. Remove sensitive details, describe the task and current path, and identify where an agent gets stuck.
